By using the website www.produktydlahoteli.pl hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We inform you that we use all technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and to protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. We collect your personal data provided while using the Service with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable legal regulations, respecting the right to privacy and guaranteeing that the data provided will be properly protected against access by third parties. Information is stored and processed on highly secure servers with appropriate security measures in place.

Type of Personal Date Collected
When using the Service, you may be asked to provide certain personal data, in particular by completing a contact form or order form. The data collected by the Controller includes: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, company address, and correspondence address. Providing the above data is voluntary but necessary to use certain services or functionalities of the Service, including placing and completing an order. Your personal data may also be processed when you send email correspondence or contact us by phone.
Purpose and Legal Basis for Date Processing
Personal data obtained by the Controller while using the Service is processed for the purpose of:

- measuring user satisfaction, determining the quality of our services and the level of user satisfaction with the Service,
- direct marketing, which allows us to offer our services or those of our cooperating entities (our partners) directly, including tailoring them to users’ needs (profiling),,
- statistical and archival (evidentiary) purposes, constituting the Controller’s legitimate interest in securing information in case there is a legal need to demonstrate certain facts.
The information collected may be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling). Profiling is used to analyze or predict the personal preferences and interests of individuals using the Service and to tailor the content available on the Service to those preferences. Profiling may also be used for marketing purposes, i.e., to adjust marketing offers to the preferences of our Users. For this purpose, we collect data related to your activities in your interactions with the Controller, i.e., so-called behavioral data concerning your actions. Rights of data subjects

The right to object to the processing of your personal data by us for purposes arising from our legitimate interests - this is possible due to reasons related to your particular situation, unless there are overriding legally justified grounds for processing, or the data is necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller
Date may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller, including IT service providers, marketing agencies, etc. Such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and solely in accordance with our instructions. In such cases, we require third parties to maintain confidentiality and information security and verify that they provide appropriate personal data protection measures.

Transfer of data outside the EEA
